I haven't bought cels online for almost a 
year(oooh the cel deprivation:) so please excuse 
any ignorance on my part in asking this. Last 
year there seemed to be a lot of cels in the $15-
$35 range.  The cels I've seen for sale now are 
all beautiful quality with the price tags to 
match. Are dealers only selling the more 
expensive cels or all those the only ones left?  
Or have the prices just gone up?  I love high 
quality cels, but it was still nice to be able to 
get an inexpensive one for a "quick fix."  (I'm 
mostly referring to Rayearth, as that's the main 
series I collect).
