Oh my gosh! Is that when she's catching the 
little dust bunny things?? *^_^*  I love it! ^_^

As far as editing the scan, I have a few cels 
with that kind of stuff. . . Most notably, my 
backgrounded Shiini cel that I love so much. The 
way I solve it is to simply crop off the section 
of the scan that shows the tape instead of trying 
to edit it. But then, for other reasons, I always 
crop off sequence numbers and registration holes 
from my scans that I display - so in that way, 
the cels cropped for "messiness" reasons don't 
stand out as unusual unless you've seen the cel 
in person and know the image is cropped smaller 
than I usually crop.

Really unless you're selling it (as others have 
mentioned), it's only a matter of personal 
preference. But that is far too cute to sell! ^_^
