Hello, well never heard anyone ask about it, so
needed some information or people's thoughts on
this.
I really hate sometimes cel layers, so usualy use
tape to do it, even though it sort of still
sucks. But I've seen and even bought cels with
stapples in them, and had no problems. In fact,
did like the fact they were stappled together. I
thought about doing this to one of my cels, but
am unsure if it lessens the value of the cel or
not. Or just is a bad idea. It's just driving me
nuts the layers getting out of order and well,
even one of my cels that had nothing holding it
in place the top layer is stuck to the bottom
layer and well, it's out of line a bit. It really
doesn't effect the image and no one would guess
it, because it belongs, but well, 1/4 of an inch
bugs the hell out of me that it's off that much
and stuck together. I'm afraid I'll look through
one of my cels one of these days and find them
stuck, but uneven or off in layers.
Ok, so I'm a bit a perfectionist on my cels, but
well, wanted some views on doing any of this. I
have one cel I want completly in-line with the
bottom layer because it's a hassle to me to make
sure the image looks good for scanning and well,
framing as well. Tape saort of holds it together
somewhat, but I think sometimes a small staple
wouldn't hurt...or would it...?
Stuck in thought,
