Easy explanation:

Someone else has the right to bid on this cel 
before I do.  If the cel happens to get lots and 
lots of bids (*cross fingers*), it MIGHT wind up 
too expensive for this other person.

Not much could make this cel too expensive for me, 
because I would be willing to sell many a cel for 
it, so I could then cheer and jump in to bid on 
it.

Wondering if you'll even get a chance to bid on a 
big dream cel is... fun...  (Ugh.)

I could use some good methods for distracting 
myself from this wait.  I do have the "reload cel 
auction every 5 seconds" part down, but I need 
something else to do on off-seconds. ;)
