I think she means that someone bid, which will 
bump out the current high bidder. If her bid is 
higher than the current one, Celga will bid for 
her and if all goes well and no one outbids her, 
she gets the cel. *takes deep breathe*

Oh course, I have gotten "sorry, someone bid 
higher than you..." when I was first in line. 
I've used them a couple of times but still aren't 
100% sure how they work.  :P
