This is VERY illegal, and if I had more time on my hands, I would be reporting this 
person to the proper copyright holders.  This is ridiculous!!!!!!!  Reproducing cels is 
ILLEGAL....  Especially the way this person is doing it!!! Any unsuspecting person 
can buy this cel, think it is real, but what is even worse, is what if they go to sell the 
cel to someone else thinking it is real?????  Then they will buy it at regular price!!!!
