I know they're on the board, and several people I 
know have used them with excellent results, 
too. :o)

Anime Dep and Celga calculate their fees 
differently. It's my understanding that Sato 
charges a percentage, which works out better for 
lower-priced cels, whereas Celga has an X amount 
per Y amount surcharge, which is probably better 
for the higher-priced cels. You'd probably want 
to compare their pages and see which service is 
better for what you have in mind.
