I use Sato too because no down-payment is 
required.  Depending on the price of the item, 
his fees can be more expensive than the other 
middlemen, like Celga. 

If the seller can send it to overseas, I will bid 
it by myself, but that's a rare case since most 
sellers don't like to deal with overseas 
customers directly.
