It never hurts to ask, politely.
I receive requests on a regular basis, even
though I'm not on anyone's favourite-gallery list.

I usually turn down requests, simply because I
bought the cels as a collector, not as a reseller.
And some were difficult to find or I like them
too much to part with. I do always respond,
however, it doesn't take much effort to do so....
I have sold or traded quite a few cels over the
years, a lot depends on the timing. If I've lost
interest in a series, I'm likely to let such
cels go. So keep trying, you never know. ^_^
