Once in a great while they do work, but people 
are usually very attached to their gallery cels.

As for your offer not being accepted, but that 
person trading with someone else -- it is 
possible that the trade was made with a cel the 
person couldn't pass up.

I can understand your frustration ^^; I've been 
trying to get a two-eyes open xelloss away from 
anyone for years, and still haven't been 
sucessful ^^; Hang in there, you'll find your 
dream cel eventually.
