Ok.. the thing about geocities, IMHO, is that 
they don't really "want" to offer "free" service 
anymore. I have been using geocities for YEARS.. 
and it's just in the recent months that 1) they 
have been pushing thier "premium" services and 2)
this "total allocated transfer" crap has 
happened. 
I am not surprised, however, I am completely 
disappointed in their "free services". 
My suggestion? what III am going to do... is get 
an account from animanga! OR... if you don't want 
to design your own page really.. try rubberslug. 
I have seen some nice galleries come out of that 
site..
ANd if you do want to pay.. there are plenty of 
awesome webhosts out there....

*but we all know where our money goes....^^;;;*
