I find that my Toei cels have faded a lot even 
sitting in a cel book and never seeing the light 
of day ^^;; It's just a sad fact I think. I've 
framed one cel -- a Laputa cel from Studio Ghibli 
and the lines look great to me. It's been about a 
year now and nothing's wrong. But I agree, it's 
something to be aware of and be cautious about. I 
would never frame a Sailormoon cel.
