I don't have much to add to the previous posters 
(who said exactly what I wanted to say), except 
that: I have been reading posts here for a very 
long time, even though I rarely post, and I can 
attest to a usual friendly atmosphere.  

It's probably nerves and stress.  Everyone here's 
really nice and arguments rarely break out--and 
even when they do, they're usually not too harsh.

Just my two cents!  That'll be $1.50.  ^_-
