They release production cels from ANY movie that 
was made before the Little Mermaid (including the 
little mermaid).

Prices depend highly on the movie and the scene. 
A Fantasia cel for example could easily be $3,000 
 , while a Great Mouse Detective cel is usually 
about $200.  Little Mermaid cels from the Grotto 
(singing ariel) scene are usually in the $1,000 
to $2,000 range, while a lesser scene of her 
could go for $800. or even $400.

keep in mind that disney DOES however release (or 
at least you can find) original production 
animation drawings from movies that didnt have 
cels, like say... the Lion King. I have several 
key drawings of Simba, which actually I like 
better than I would a cel.

and Disney TV definitely has cels and still do if 
I'm correct... but not totally sure if they still 
use cels.
