Like everyone else, I tend to avoid cels where 
the eyes are closed.  But since this one was of 
such a rare character (and the anime itself was 
only 4 episodes and thus its cels are scarce), I 
took the even rarer plunge into my pockets...

So here's Master Seijuro Hiko from Rurouni 
Kenshin OVA, doing what he does best (or at least 
the second thing he does best).
