I have this big pet peeve about cels that are 
missing most of the setup of the entire scene. 
^_^; So if it's missing a character, or a table 
or whatnot, I'll usually bypass it. In this one 
case though, I just couldn't help but totaly fall 
in love with this cel. It makes me smile and 
laugh every time I look at it.

and for all those #anime-cel people, UMBRELLA! XD
