Isn't it funny how it's the same for so many 
people that watched Sailor Moon?  I was mildly 
interested until I watched that last 
Nephlite/Naru episode - that made me want to 
watch the rest of the series.  But, it was the A 
Crystal Clear Destiny episode (and the R Movie)
that hooked me on the series for life :) 

Speaking of common avenues into cel collecting...
I never was interested in cel collecting because 
I thought every cel was soooooooo expensive.  
But, then my husband got me a couple relatively 
cheap cels off of eBay for my birthday.  I just 
couldn't believe I could own something so neat 
for less than the hundreds or thousands of $$ I 
thought they would cost (yeah, I was a little in 
the dark - I was thinking Disney prices ^^;).  So 
that started my addiction.  Of course, I started 
out slow/cheap and it has now grown into me not 
worrying so much about shelling out hundreds of 
$$ for a good bank cel, etc.  This hobby is so 
evil, but so much fun!!

To this day, my husband regrets being responsible 
for the triggering event that started my cel 
collecting.  He grumbles about it every once in a 
while, but I just ignore him and send that email 
for my next cel order :P  Actually, he enjoys the 
hobby too, just not to the extent I do.

BTW, Lunatic - you have a very nice gallery!!  
That cel of Usagi in her pink dress drunk at a 
party is very cute ^_^
