Two weeks to get a normal IPMO? o_0  You must be 
either in the boonies or have an incompetant post 
office. Don't you have a (relatively) nearby 
friend with access to a bigger post office? 
Someone who could buy and send the IPMO for you, 
and then you could send a *domestic* money order 
to him/her. (Surely the domestic ones can't take 
that long to get too!)  I know I've done things 
like that for friends. ^_^
