If they haven't updated since December 1998, I'd 
e-mail them first (they might not even have the 
cel anymore) Some sites will stay the same way 
for along time with old cels still around. 
(Hint:I need to update mine) Also, the cel market 
can change qite a bit in a short period of time 
and depending on what series the cel is from it 
might cost much more. The only way is to e-mail 
before you send any money...
