Hi! I recently came across a cel that I really, 
really like very much while I was surfing online 
and it was affordable too.

However, the catch was that it was a homepage, or 
a someone's else cel gallery. This is okay with 
me, but it was the fact that the person have not 
updated since December 1998.....*Two Years, Yikes"

Do you think that I should just buy the cel?

Because I'm afraid that this might happen--The 
persom may not say he has the cel but then after 
I sent payment, he might not send the cel...

No offence to those who are honest. 
I'm just a little paranoid by all the stories 
about sending money but not receiving the cels....
