I know this happens to everybody at least once, 
but it is still disapointing none the less.  I 
was high bidder on an ebay auction for a Kenshin 
cel over a month ago and have not received my 
cel. I have tried to contact the seller 
repeatedly but have received no response.  I know 
they received the money, they acknowledged that 
much.  I gave them warning that I would file a 
fraud complaint with ebay, still no response.  I 
filed my report today and I wanted to warn 
everyone about this seller.  Ebay ID:Razzy666. 
The persons name is Rasman Griffith.  Any other 
suggestions on how to deal with this will be 
appreciated.
