Hah, I know your dilemma. I am, as we speak, in 
the home stretch of making a page.  I had no idea 
how difficult it is. You have to make some major 
decisions that will affect the site!  Right now 
Im struggling with the idea of making the images 
clickable to see bigger ones. I hate going to 
sites where all you get is a thumbnail!  But, 
it's a lot of work to make a whole page for each 
cel.  I think I'll only do the nicest ones that 
way.  Ummm, I find it neat to do like this page,

She did a good job with her cel pages.  I think 
she's using tables, with small images of the cels 
to the left, and the descrips to the right.  Hope 
that helps you some!  You might go to Cels.org 
and just surf the galleries to get ideas. Also, 
if you have LOTS of cels, try Debbye's (Animiko's)
galley for some ideas. She has TONS of stuff and 
she has it set up very well, nice and easy to 
load, which is a real feat of its own!  Good luck
