First off, my max is not that insane, but to me 
it was a LOT to spend on plastic and paint (40k 
yen). How to justify it though? FRAME IT! If the 
character was special enough to spend that much 
on, it shouldn't gather dust in a cel book! Give 
it the royal treatment. Put it in a part of your 
home you pass frequently.. that way you can enjoy 
it a little every day. I don't regret for one 
second spending that much on a cel which I can 
get a little buzz of geeky-cel-collector-
happiness every time I walk past it during the 
day.

If you love it, and you can afford it.. then give 
that cel of your dreams the treatment it deserves
