First off, I am very sorry to hear about these 
problems - there seems to be a lot of them 
lately. =(  I hope that this gets resolved for 
you quickly.  Have you gone to file any kind of 
mail fraud charges yet?  If not, I would strongly 
recommend starting the process. You have been 
very _very_ patient thus far. Much more so then I 
ever would have been, and I give you a lot of 
credit for that. :)

One other thing ... Could you please give his 
ebay ID?  Real name is nice if buying from off a 
website but with ebay we need his user ID for it 
to be really helpful ^^;
