Ok I need to warn people about this person.

 I won a cel of E-bay over a year ago (yes a 
year) from a really horrible person by the name 
of Joel Reynolds.
 I sent the MO for $265, he cashed it and I 
really doubt the cel was ever sent. I e-mailed 
him once a week for three months, nothing, and I 
left it for a few months (due to health and 
family problems) and I started e-mailing him 
again and only after I said he would be hearing 
from my lawyer did he respond. He responded all 
right, but he wouldn't tell me if
the package had a tracking number on it, he only 
told me he put a trace on it and even four months 
later I'm getting the same story 'well they 
haven't gotten back to me'  I've asked
over and over for a refund, but he won't respond 
to that suggestion, and there is supposed to 
be 'another' cel from the same series that he 
has, which I have been waiting for a scan
of for the last three weeks, once again another 
excuse 'blackouts and computer problems', I know 
that alot of people have computer problems and 
whatnot, but every time he says he tried to send 
it or will I get excuses. I just don't believe it 
anymore.

 But enough of a sad story, I don't want anyone 
else to get burned like I did by this person.
