I am pretty outraged when people sell "cels" 
on ebay --trying to pass them as the genuine 
article. BUT you must really read his auction 
description. He does NOT state that the cel is 
"production cel" or "actually used in the 
making or production of the cartoon." We all 
know that there are chroma cels (cels 
reproduced on clear plastic) and these are 
cels too. His ad is very misleading but NOT 
phony or scamming. He only says that this is 
a "mint" cel.

Ebay tries to protect the seller first. They would 
only give him a warning not to be misleading. 
Which is a real bummer. After all, it is the 
seller who brings in their "dough."

This is just my point of view. I don't like this 
kind of crap either.
