Forgot if you've already done this, but did you e-
mail this guy to let him know that the stuff that 
he was selling aren't really "cels" and kindly 
direct him to the proper resources?  We all know 
that he's a fake, but maybe he really believes 
that he's being accused.  
You think he actually bought those at his local 
store or just printed them out on those 
transparencies he's bidding on ebay?  ^_^
