I looked into it for ya.

Turns out that the initial price that Keigo quoted 
you was for shipping what he thought the auction 
was, which was three cels.  Turned out, though, 
that it also included boodles of videotapes, which 
pretty much resemble a largish rock in terms of 
weight.  :P  Hence the second invoice, since it's 
costing an arm and a leg to ship.

You should've seen my eyes bug out about three 
months ago, when I got the shipping invoice 
for a Lost Universe cel lot I won... which turned 
out to include a LD box set.  ACK!

Gotta love international shipping.
