Arg, this is really rotten. I won an auction
a month back through Celga for some Trigun
items (phone cards, box set, cels, etc) so
when I did the transfer I asked for the total WITH
shipping so I wouldn't have to pay twice, so they
said $13 for EMS so I did the transfer. Now all 
of the sudden three weeks after I paid them I get 
another e-mail saying have to pay them ANOTHER 
$40 for shipping, anyone have something like this 
happen to them? Needless to say I'm really angry.
