I'm sorry it's so late but we were trying to 
accomodate everyone.  :(  And not interfere with 
all the other stuff that will be going on. Yes, 
there will be dealers in the Dealer's Room that 
is open during the day.

The Cel Gathering is for private collectors to 
show of their cels that are perhaps not posted on 
a website or are, but they want to show them off 
anyway.

The Dealer's Room, I believe, will be open Friday 
from 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 
10am-2pm?  I'm not sure exactly about the 
schedule, you should visit www.fanime.com for the 
complete and more accurate schedule information.
