Sorry for the delay - I've been waiting for 
confirmation.

-Yes, there WILL be a Cel Gathering at Fanime.

-Friday night at 9pm-11pm
Westin Hotel - Second Floor Or Mezzanine
Center Room (?) not sure what that means yet

-Look for signs in the Dealer's Room and on 
Bulletin Boards around the hotel

-This is just a meeting ground for people to show 
off their stuff - there will be no lecturing or 
any type of formalities.  :)

-No, there is nothing that should be in conflict
Masquerade and rehearsal are being held on Sat.

-The reason it's so late are for people to get 
off work and for people who are working in the 
dealer's room so they have time to eat.  :)

-And YES - we have been given the "OK" to 
sell/trade cels during this meeting.  I konw of 
people who are planning on bringing cels to sell 
or trade (like myself!).  So be prepared.  
Remember, the cels will be from personal 
collections so expect high prices or at least to 
haggle.  Hopefully we can find a phone jack and I 
will hook up my laptop for people who need to pay 
via Yahoo Direct Pay (which is free to buyer and 
seller), Paypal (which charges a fee to the 
seller), Billpoint (which I think charges a fee 
to both?) or BidPay (which is free from what I 
understand).

-If people are uncomfortable with using this 
gathering as a selling place, keep in mind that 
you can always go to a hotel room (which is 
private) or the lobby or someplace else to 
conduct your business.
