usually that happens to me when I buy a cel 
that I wasnt expecting to have damage to it, 
and then when I recieve it there is some kind 
of damage. perhaps its slight paint loss... or a 
bit of line fading...

sometimes that kind of thing doesnt bother 
me, but often it makes me feel kinda cheated. 
I guess its my responsibility to ask before 
hand whether a cel is damaged, but usually I 
assume that unless stated otherwise, a cel is 
in good condition... is that an unwise 
assumption?

the other reason is sometimes I buy a cel 
becuase its a favorite character, and/or the 
layout is good,... but then i recieve it and the 
face expression doesnt quite do it for me.
