I agree with you about the rate thing, if they 
will always keep it at the same amount. I haven't 
been collecting long enough to know if most 
people do, but somehow, I doubt it. Not that I 
blame them. I would want some cushion if I were 
accepting money in a foreign currency. I just 
have issues with the $100 cushion.

The cel itself is of Ruri from Nadeisco. It's a 
beautiful shot, but as it won't be mine, I 
probably shouldn't post it.

I would have found a way to make it mine for the 
around $600 it would be at 120 yen, but I can't 
do it for the $700 it would at 106.  Yes, I know 
it sounds silly to be upset about $100 difference 
on a Ruri cel, but I just don't have the extra 
$100 and have so few cels in my collection that 
I'd have to sell some I really like to get it.

So, I will just have to wait  =)

I guess that is part of the hobby!
