Heh. For me at least, I use PayPal for Celga, so I don't have to worry about the extra $8.25 to send an IPMO. (Celga.com isn't affected by the recent rule changes regarding Japanese bank accounts.) This may also be nitpicky, but I've never been charged more than 1500 yen for EMS shipping. Like, I just had 3 cels shipped to me (2 with BG's) and EMS was still 1500. Heh, I wish I still had Excel to crank out a chart or something.
