Cel cost                            17000 yen
Bank fee ~                            400 yen
Shipping from AWS to deputy service ~ 800 yen
Shipping from deputy service to you  2000 yen
Commission by the deputy service     2000 yen
Japanese sales tax at 5% (of cel)     850 yen
--------------------------------------------------

Total cost                          23050 yen

so in this instance, you save ~250 yen   $8.25 for
the IPMO and global priority mail envelope (and
this does NOT account for the increase in COD fees
and such which I cannot figure out!!).
