i'm taking a law class right now and we have been
covering contractual business relationships.
After reading aethel's post i wanted to post this.
If you had the money to sue over a cel, would
you?
I would be really pissed if i was in the aethel's
situation. of course, i wouldn't sue over it,
but lets say it was a hanken mono, a $5000 cel,
or your ultimate dream cel.
Sueing--hmm,is it spelled right?-- over a cel
sounds kind of petty, but many times people get
sued over crazy stuff anyway. Even if you just
figured the person wanted it more, It's the
principle that the cel was to be sold to you, but
then the seller sold it to someone else, even
though you two had an agreement.
Of course there are other factors that affect
your decision to sue: your present and future
relationship with the seller, likely hood of
winning, and if you really wanna go through the
hassle of suing.
Would you?
