well I've never used a deputy service before 
since most of the cels I buy from Yahoo!JP are 
from sellers who are willing to ship 
internationally =^_^=...plus, the comission rates 
just scares me off. But once I bought from a 
Japanese website and the seller told me he sold 
the cel by mistake after I already sent out my 
payment...so to make up for that mistake, he sent 
me 7 free cels and replaced the one I paid for 
with another cel *almost* like it =^_^=
It seems that there are many horror stories out 
there regarding deputy services, I just hope I 
don't ever see a cel that's tempting enough for 
me to try it out.
