...missed out on a great cel because the seller's 
e-mail was messed up? 

That happened to me last week, and now I am just 
heartbroken.  I had two great cels on Yahoo! 
Japan that I should have won, but my e-mails got 
mixed up with someone elses, and so the cels were 
given to someone else. :(

I don't blame my deputy service, since I know 
they get so many requests and it can't be easy 
keeping all of them straight, but it's just 
really frustrating.  

Has anyone else ever had a similar situation 
happen?
