I disagree with you . . . (Tue Apr 3 03:31:27 2001 )

Actually, I strongly disagree with you. It
*does* matter what you and I think, because this
person is trying to *SELL* his/her property.
I don't care what he does with his car, house,
etc until he is trying to sell it to me. Then
what I think about the way he handles it or
if he chooses to take the tires off and sell
them separately - well, what *I* think means
all the difference in the world, because *I* am
the consumer who will or will not be spending
*MY* money
on this seller's "property."

And it's not just with cel collectors. How
many people have bought a house with the
agreement that the cabinets or a certain piece
of furniture stays with it? Or bought a car
if it has the original handbook with it? Or
bought a collector toy from the 80's as long
as it had its accessories or box, etc.? It's
the same thing. The genga/douga are directly
related to the cel.

There are definitely personal feelings that exist
relating to the ethics of splitting up an
animation setup. I think it's shallow and greedy
and will avoid the sellers that do that,
including this "zuca" person on eBay. You may
feel the other way, fine, you're also entitled
to your opinion.

And isn't the point of a forum for people to
express their feelings about anything relating
to the topic?

Just my 2 cents.
