Hello there,
Thank you very much for your nice comments on
our service.
We may make mistakes or mix-ups in the future
but please understand that we are trying to be
fair and do our best to avoid any mixups. I
understand how you feel when we make a mix-up.
Thanks to dear anime fans, we had a lot of
requests last month. Unfortunately, it is
sometimes hard to complete the deals because
some sellers are kids, and irresposible or just
busy...you know what the online auction is like?
I will send you money back if an auction goes
wrong. Just allow us to take time to confirm the
deal. Here are the current problems with the
service:
1. It takes a few days to inform you the results
of the auctions. We will send you the email if
you win it. Only to the winners. I wish we could
let you know right away after the auction ends.
It's due to the amount of the work.
2. We need your name, (preferably mailing address)
the complete url, and max bids. Some people just
send us the email without name.
3. We keep your items to ship all together and to
save your shipping costs. So, please understand
that it takes sometime for us to ship the items.
If you want us to ship it right away. just let us
know. We will try to ship soon.
4. Exchange rate. We are using $1=115 yen at this
moment because that is the final rate we get.
PayPal charges fees, The banks both in USA and
Japan takes fees besides their rate. As you may
know, they take 2 to 4 yen per $ in both sides.
This is the reality. Wells Fargo -> Tokyo
Mistubishi Bank -> Sumitomo (my bank) or Fleet
bank -> NY State Bank -> Sumitomo. About 10 yen
is absorbed during all process (including paypal).
IPMO is a good rate but we can't habdle hundresds
of customers by IPMOs.
I understand you may not be satisfied with our
service but we are doing our best to make things
work out. Please bear with our poor service. I am
currently working with the automated system -
http://216.15.203.180/ please do not sign up now.
It's still under construction. I am not sure when
we can launch this new site. Until then, please@
understand that.
I appreciate all your support. Thank you
very much and Arigatou gozaimasu!
Best Regards,
Keigo
