I agree, as I said earlier (but it was probably 
overlooked)

 they are always extremely nice, often very 
generous, very PATIENT with me... they let me 
know about things I'm interested in, they can 
CONVERSE with me, and they even except 
raises on my bids.  Several times they have let 
me raise my bid even up to several minutes 
before an auction. I mean seriously, for a 
deputy service that is far beyond the call of 
duty.

I think they are a wonderfull service, who 
sometimes make mistakes. I for one have 
never had them mess up one of my orders at 
all, and I've been using them for quite a while. 
I'm extremely gratefull for their service.
