Anime Central isn't that big, but it's a 
pretty good con.  Last year, the hotel was
under construction, so that was weird. o.o
However, there are nearly as many good
cel dealers at ACen as there are at bigger
conventions.  Dealers often bring cels that
you don't see at their websites, and they tend
to be really good ones!  I know you'll be able
to find a good Ruri. ^_^  Did you get those Ruri
cels from Taro?
