All dealers prefer cash, some are capable to 
accept credit cards, and a few will even accept 
personal checks.  Let's say if you buy from a 
large cel dealer like Anime Link, he can accept 
any type of payment.  But if you buy a cel from a 
small dealer, I doubt he/she can accept credit 
card.
