Hi y'all (Yes Im from Austin, Texas...no I dont 
like George Bush),

I am having some trouble with one of my Nuri 
cels, MY FAVORITE ONE NO LESS  ::cry cry::!  It 
is three layers, the bottom layer is the 
characters, and the top two layers are the 
mouths.  Seems that at some point, the mouths got 
shifted around a bit, and the layers got stuck, 
leaving some very nasty leave-behinds on the 
characters faces!  Is there a way to get these 
small chips off, like some sort of solvent, that 
wont damage the acetate?  I included an image 
here to show where the spots are.  This is 
totally funny too, if you move the mouths around, 
you can do some really wierd things with them!  
But, no, seriously, I would like to get those 
chips off if I can. I also write a cel gallery 
about it, but, you all know a lot here, 
so...PLEASE HELP??
