I didn't complain about fees, timeliness, or
anything else. At the time I posted my question,
I thought my deal had fallen through, I wasn't
getting the cels I thought I won, and that was
the end of it. All I wanted was feedback from
other customers to see if my case was unique or
if this happens all the time.
Most everyone had nice things to say about Celga,
so I learned that this was just an honest
mistake. And Keigo is being VERY nice about
trying to fix things.
I think my post was entirely On-Topic for the
forum since I was referred to Celga by a poster
on here. To ask if a dealer or service is honest
and reliable after having a problem with them is
a legitimate question.
I will try not to post anymore about this. I'm
sorry, but being attacked for this just made me
angry. I appreciate all the other happy Celga
customers who gave me feedback and understood my
situation!
