Dear JP,
First of all, I appologize for what happened
to you. I am very sorry about it. I understand
how people would feel when we mess up their wish
cels or auctions. Most people and our customers
are very generous but it is sad that a few are
very irritable and emotional. From our side,
it is sometimes hard to keep track the popular
auction that gets a lot of orders. Some people
cancel their request, others raise thier max
bids etc...but we are doing our best. In this
patiqular case, you were a second actually but
my dear associate missed to check the first
person's email....and I didn't noticed he verified
your winning. So, when you emailed me, I simply
replied like "the first person won it," Before
I knew it, everything started at this forum.
I will do my best to fix you up, on the other
hand, I have to make another unhappy customer.
It is our fault so I appologize for everything.
I rambled a lot..anyway, all I want to say is
that I am sorry for our poor customer service or
handling auctions. Please bear with us. I really
appreciate cel collectors supports here.
Thank you very much!!
Sincerely,
Keigo
