Unfortunately, Sailor Moon cel prices are all 
over the map. I've seen good shots of the main 
characters in the $100-200 range, and I've seen 
lesser shots being sold for more than $500. 
Really good shots go for $500  on eBay, and with 
a few exceptions, most resellers are marking up 
prices accordingly. One reseller I know has an 
average quality Jupiter cel for $1150 (it's been 
up there almost 9 months too ;-) ). I could see 
and A   Ryoko going for that much, but not SM. 

Hotaru/Saturn and Neptune seem to be the rarest.

KF
