It is hard to give you idea on cel pricing 
without having any idea what the cels are.  SM 
had a lot of different factors to consider on 
pricing.  You have to consider what season it is 
from,  normal/scout form,  is it a villian?  
Major/minor villian?  If you have scans or 
something I could give you more of an idea (since 
sailor moon is my most favorite show to collect!)
