I know what you mean about the "way below my max" 
on YJ, I had it happen once with a high-level 
wishlist cel, though nothing I wanted quite as 
much as this recent one.  *sigh*

In answer to Megan's inquiry, after I posted, 
Curt asked the buyer if it would be all right to 
give me his e-mail, and he said yes.  There was 
also a forwarded message of the fellow's 
response, in which he said it was a #1 wishlist 
cel for him, too.  Which I can definitely 
understand..
*sigh*  At least it got a good home, and not some 
crazy re-seller, and it made the other guy 
happy.  That makes it better.  Still painful, but 
a lot better..
I guess the lesson here is to butcher my roommate 
without mercy when she hogs the phoneline. ~.~;;
Err...or to keep on trying, and never give up, 
because another one may show up some day..  Yes, 
that sounds much nicer..
