When I viewed this person's site (based on the 
reactions here) I expected to see nothing but 
stolen cel pics.  But this person is obviously a 
big DBZ fan, and the pics are only one portion of 
a pretty detailed site.

I, too, don't see any disclaimer stating that he 
doesn't own these images, and that's a mistake 
that should be corrected.  Just keep in mind that 
to most non-cel collectors, actually OWNING an 
image from a show seems unreal.  I'm willing to 
bet that the site owner didn't even realize the 
insult.

Hypothetical question: A person designs a fan site 
and uses a screen cap from some anime as part of 
his/her site.  Months later, you buy the EXACT cel 
 from that shot---background, all layers, 
everything.  Do you now get offended and tell the 
site designer to remove his image because you now 
"own" it???  I'm very curious.....
